Who can access your services?
We welcome adults, teens, veterans, and families seeking support for mental health, trauma, family conflict, discrimination, and life transitions. Services are available to clients across Middle Tennessee and select surrounding areas. -
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
No referral is necessary. You can contact us directly to schedule your Discovery Call — the first step in our intake process. -
What is a Discovery Call?
This is a brief, confidential phone consultation where we learn about your needs, explain our services, and guide you to the right next step. -
Do you offer services for veterans impacted by JOB layoffs?
Yes, we offer specialized evaluations and deeply discounted care for veterans affected by JOB-related disruptions in employment and VA access. -
What types of evaluations do you provide?
We offer psychiatric evaluations, disability and Nexus Letters, juvenile mental health evaluations, discrimination-related assessments, and pre-treatment diagnostics. -
Do you offer medication management?
Yes. Our licensed psychiatric providers offer personalized medication plans, regular check-ins, and medication adjustments based on your symptoms and goals. -
Is group therapy available?
Limited group therapy is available only to established clients as a supplement to individual care. These groups are small, confidential, and professionally facilitated. -
What are Rule 31 Family Mediation Services?
Coming soon, these non-attorney services will offer structured, neutral mediation for resolving family conflict with a focus on emotional safety and mental wellness. -
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we offer self-pay services with deeply discounted rates for qualifying individuals, including JOB-displaced clients, veterans, and low-income families. -
