Family Mediation
Coming soon to Respond and Restore Mental Health, our NON-ATTORNEY, client/patient-centered Rule 31 Family Mediation Services are designed to provide a peaceful, structured, and emotionally safe environment for resolving family disputes without going to court. As recognized under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31, family mediation allows trained mediators to help parties communicate more effectively, identify shared concerns, and reach mutually acceptable agreements in matters such as custody, parenting time, support, and family dynamics. Our approach prioritizes the mental and emotional well-being of all involved, especially in cases involving vulnerable family members.
What to Expect from Our Family Mediation Services:
- Neutral, Confidential Mediation: A structured process guided by a Rule 31-certified, non-attorney mediator who ensures every voice is heard and respected.
- Client-Centered Focus: Emphasis on emotional safety, trauma-informed dialogue, and solutions tailored to family wellness and mental health stability.
- Conflict De-escalation: Techniques used to reduce hostility and promote understanding, even in high-tension situations.
- Parenting & Co-Parenting Plans: Support for negotiating child-centered agreements that prioritize the best interests of the child.
- Accessible Alternative to Court: Cost-effective, timely, and less adversarial than traditional litigation, especially valuable for families already managing emotional or financial strain.
Our upcoming Rule 31 Mediation Services aim to bridge the gap between emotional healing and conflict resolution — helping families move forward with dignity, clarity, and care. Stay tuned as we prepare to launch this service to better serve the mental health and relational needs of our community.
